30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and our team will work with you to resolve the issue. Eligible returns under the guarantee follow the conditions set out below to ensure the safety and quality of consumable products.

Returns eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • be unopened and unused
  • remain in their original packaging
  • have all seals, shrink-wrap and safety protections intact
  • be returned in a resaleable condition
  • include proof of purchase

Hygiene and food safety

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements, products with broken seals, or items not returned in their original condition.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactus@myphealth.co.uk.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos where applicable

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 working days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
